The impact on the Intention to Leave of care worker experiencing the violent by client working at the long term service agency - Focusing on the Moderating effect of service agency support -

Abstract
The purpose of this study is an exploring that how the intension to leave of care worker experiencing the violent by client will be changed according to the supports of the service agency to the care. For this, the 363 survey data collected from care workers working at the long term care facilities and visiting service agencies for the home bounded elderly people at D, K areas and used hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study show that the violent experience by client is the positive impact on the intention to leave of the care worker. And so, the service agency supports for the care worker indicate the moderating effects the relationship between the intention to leave of the care workers and the violent by client to them. Based on the results, this study suggested the plan developing the long term care service more stably and the method of prevention of care worker`s intention to leave.
